Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What can be returned? 

All items are returnable as long as they are received unwashed/unworn/undamaged condition and with original tags when applicable

When do items need to be returned?

Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase and must be returned/exchanged with a receipt or the card used for the original transaction.

Shipping for returns?

Original shipping charges are non refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If exchanging, Ohio is Home will pay for new item shipping. Shipping is only refundable if an error was made by Ohio is Home with your order. 

Credit for returns?

If the item cannot be refunded to the original payment method, items may be exchanged for a similarly priced item or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Returned items that don't meet our policy:

Any items that are being sent back that do not meet our policy can be refused or we have the right to issue a 15% restocking fee to the purchaser.
