What can be returned?
All items are returnable as long as they are received in unwashed, unworn, and undamaged condition.
Defective or damaged item?
If an item is defective or damaged at no fault of your own, please use the form above and email photos to info@ohioishome.com so we can help make it right.
When do items need to be returned?
Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase and must be returned/exchanged with a receipt or the card used for the original transaction.

Shipping for returns?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping. If exchanging, Ohio is Home will pay for new item shipping.
Shipping is only refundable if an error was made by Ohio is Home with your order, and we are happy to make it right.
Credit for returns?
Items may be returned for an exchanged item or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items that don't meet our policy
Any items that are being sent back to us for a refund or exchange must be received in unworn/unwashed condition. Otherwise, the purchaser may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
