Where do you ship from?
All items ship from our storefront in Athens, Ohio unless noted within the product description.
When do you ship?
Items ship within 1-2 business days from when the order is received. Unless the item is a preorder, the item will ship when the noted stock arrives. Some handmade items or backorder items can take 1-2 weeks to ship. Occasionally our online stock does not update as fast as it should, and we can miss the stock count.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United States. Please contact us for international shipping options.
How do you ship?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and First Class or UPS on larger orders.
Rates to ship?
Shipping is flat rate at $8.50 ($3.50 for stickers) or FREE on orders over $75.
How to track an order that’s been shipped?
All items ship with a USPS or UPS tracking number that can/will be provided to the customer.
In-store pickup option?
We do! Our storefront is located at 43 S Court St. Athens, Ohio! If you checkout with a local zip code to Athens, Ohio you will be given a local pickup option. You will receive an email or call when your order is ready to pick up from our storefront.
- Orders must be picked up within 90 days of the date of purchase.
- If an order is not picked up within 90 days, the store reserves the right to restock or donate the items with no refunds.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their order is picked up within the designated time frame. The store is not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from a customer’s failure to pick up their order within the required time frame.
- The store may make exceptions to this policy in cases of extenuating circumstances, but such exceptions are at the discretion of the store and are not guaranteed.
